For our privileged customers, as soon as the jewellery is packed in our exquisite boxes, we ship it by using the services of the well-known courier companies like:

Our orders are shipped with the reliability of secured courier partners in an exquisite box at your doorstep anywhere in India so you don’t need to worry about your Order in Transit.

In case you want to gift a product to someone, we in addition to our exquisite packaging, can personalize the product by gift wrapping it with a message at a nominal cost.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Once the product has been returned for an exchange/refund, it pwill be viewed by our Quality Check Analysts to check for its quality and condition. In order for a return to be successful, we should receive an approved report from our Quality Check Analysts.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND

• Drop us a mail at info@soiombre.com with the details of the product you want to exchange along with the picture of the manufacturing defect. We will revert within 48 hours on this
• Any product that needs to be exchanged/refunded must be shipped back to us in a proper packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Our team will initiate refund or exchange within 48 hours after a thorough check of the product.
• All exchanges will only be valid once per order only.
• In case of refund, we will issue your refund to your original payment account within 7 business days after your return items arrive.

RETURN NON-ELIGIBILITY

• Custom-made products, items that have been altered in any way
• Products bought during a sale or offer period
• Silver articles/coins are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Any item that shows signs of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Soi Ombré) or damaged cannot be accepted.
